Thank you for your time and support for the Wicked Warrior Ruck!
Event Date and Location:The Wicked Warrior Ruck will take place on October 25, 2025, at Bluemont Station Brewery and Winery. Upon arrival, feel free to park anywhere, and please check in at the BCF volunteer tent directly to the left of the main entrance.
Event Schedule:
Wicked Warrior Ruck: Begins at 12:00 PM (a weighted, intensive 4-mile event)
Creepy Crawl: Starts at 12:30 PM (a beginner-level event with no weight)
Please note that most volunteer roles will be at Bluemont Station Brewery and Winery. The only roles at Boulder Crest Foundation are the water station and course marshals. All volunteers signing up for roles at Bluemont Station should use their parking lot, water station volunteers should park in the main BCF lot at 33735 Snickersville Tpke, and course marshals should park at the retreat - exact location will be determined by where you are stationed.
